2001, 2002, 2003, 2005 and 2006

Received the Pinnacle Award for Patient Satisfaction, given by the VNAs of New England to agencies receiving the highest scores in patient satisfaction each year.

2002 - 2003

Developed alpha version and implementated the first totally integrated internet-based home health clinical and billing documentation system, eHomeCare, in collaboration with CareAnyware.

1995 – 2000

Participated  in the Medicare Prospective Payment Demonstration Project, which led to the nationally adopted prospective payment system for home health care under the Medicare program.

1994

First home health agency in Massachusetts to utilize laptop computers and computer software for clinical documentation of home visits to patients.

Accreditations

Awarded a three-year accreditation with Commendation from the nationally-based Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP). The Commendation was given for Natick VNA’s work on the eHomeCare system

Earned accreditation with Commendation from the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO)
