Judith Boyko, Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Boyko has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a Master of Science degree in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Clark University, Worcester, Massachusetts. Ms. Boyko has been the CEO of the Natick VNA since 1981. Prior to the Natick VNA, she spent nine years in community health and nursing education, and managed another home health care agency. Ms. Boyko served as the first President of the Board of Directors of the Visiting Nurse Associations of New England, Inc., the largest business network of VNAs in the country, from 1987-1990. In 1997, Ms. Boyko received the “Manager of the Year” award from the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts. She currently serves on the Board of the VNAs of New England (VNANE) and as Vice President of the VNA Consortium, a 15-member alliance of VNAs that provides nursing liaison services to patients in Boston hospitals.
Claire Cofran, Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Cofran has a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Lesley College in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and a Master of Health Administration from Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts. She has been with the Natick VNA since 1982, developing and improving the business and financial Operations of the organization. Ms. Cofran served on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer of the Visiting Nurse Associations of New England, Inc. (VNANE) and is currently a member of that organization’s Finance and Contract Committees. She also served on the Reimbursement Committee of the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts. Ms. Cofran has been appointed a member of the Board, Council on Aging for the Town of Holliston. She has been instrumental in developing the Natick VNA’s automated clinical record keeping, billing, and data management system, as well as in guiding systems improvement in general throughout the organization.
